5th Diversity Audit Event: Communication that gets the message across
How can topics and initiatives be designed and communicated in such a way that they are tailored to the actual needs of the people we wish to reach? This question will be the focus of the fifth event in the OVGU’s Diversity Audit on 15 October 2026.
This is not about public relations in the traditional sense. Rather, the focus is on how we can develop a better understanding of different target groups and incorporate their perspectives and needs more effectively into the design and communication of our topics and programmes.
All interested members of the OVGU community are invited. No prior knowledge is required. The event will be held primarily in German. If needed, individual tasks and parts of the discussions can be translated into English.

Save the Date: Diversity Days in May at OVGU
During the week of May 18–22, OVGU will be focusing on the topic of diversity. Through a variety of events, we aim to provide information, encourage dialogue, and highlight existing opportunities at OVGU.
Making diversity visible together
Under the title “Faces of OVGU – Making Diversity Visible Together,” the Office for Equality and Family (BGF) is launching a campaign to showcase the diversity of our university.
A photo of each participant will serve as the basis for an artistically abstract illustration. Together, these illustrations will form a picture of the diverse community at OVGU.
